Data Deletion Request
You are always in control of your personal data. This page explains how to request the deletion of your Tarotsy account and all associated information.
What Data We Hold
When you sign in with a social provider (such as Google), Tarotsy receives your name and email address. We store this alongside any tarot readings, horoscope interactions, or profile information you create on the platform.
How to Delete Your Data
You can delete your account — and all data associated with it — at any time by going to Dashboard → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your email address, display name, saved readings, and all other personal data from our systems.
Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to your account, you can request deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. Include the email address associated with your Tarotsy account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, all personal data is permanently removed from our database. Anonymised, non-identifiable data (such as aggregate usage statistics) may be retained for service improvement purposes. We do not share your data with any third parties beyond what is required to operate the service.
